Bar Graph

From the given bar graph, the total number of employees in Company A is 220.

Step 1: Calculate the total number of Managers and Associates in Company A.
The ratio of manager to associate in Company A is given as 7 : 4.
Total ratio parts = 7 + 4 = 11 parts.
Since the total employees in Company A is 220:

11 parts=220

1 part=22011=20

Number of Managers in Company A = 7 × 20 = 140
Number of Associates in Company A = 4 × 20 = 80

Step 2: Calculate the number of Male Managers in Company A.
It is given that female managers in A are 16.67% of male managers.
We know that:

16.67%=16

Therefore, Female managers = 16×Male managers
This gives the ratio of Female managers to Male managers as 1 : 6.
Total parts for managers = 1 + 6 = 7 parts.
Since total managers in Company A = 140:

7 parts=140

1 part=1407=20

Number of Male managers in Company A = 6 × 20 = 120.
Number of Female managers in Company A = 1 × 20 = 20.

Step 3: Find the difference between male managers in A and total associates in A.
Difference = Male managers in A - Total associates in A
Difference = 120 - 80 = 40.

Hence, the required difference is 40.
